Any inherent defects, that are due to the manufacture of the parts installed will be covered under TechLab warranty.
Accidental and liquid damage will not be covered under Techlab warranty. Any sign of external damage to the parts will be deemed as accidental damage as our suppliers will not accept parts to be returned that are damaged.
Please, return with your device, one of our technicians will be able to assist you further. We at Techlab provide 12 months warranty except for liquid damaged smart phones that we offer a 3-month warranty on the parts replaced. A liquid damaged device is repaired for the purpose of recovering your data only and we would recommend replacement of the device as soon as possible due to potential additional faults that can be caused by existing circuit damage causing more components to fail in the future. The use of our repair Service may in some instances void your manufacturer’s warranty. If you would like to avoid this, then please take your Device directly to the manufacturer. The Warranty on your device is linked to its unique IMEI or serial number and to a specific Customer as identified by the records on our system. It will cover the Customer for any re-occurrence of the original fault and for the part replaced / repaired only, however if additional faults arise, they will not be covered under the terms of this Warranty. The Warranty will not cover accidental damage.
