Your smartphone or device is important to you, we strive to give our customers the service they deserve. Techlab technicians undergo strict training and regular testing to ensure they have the experience and qualifications to repair all leading devices.

We always aim to offer an express repair service. Common devices can be repaired in-store within 45 minutes, whilst some level 3 micro soldering repairs are between 48-72 hours.

Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is always recommended that your device is backed-up, where possible, as we cannot be held responsible for any data loss on your device.

There is a 12 warranty on all device repairs, except for liquid damaged smart phones. For liquid damaged devices we offer a 3-month warranty on the parts replaced. A liquid damaged device is repaired for the purpose of recovering your data only and we would recommend replacement of the device as soon as possible due to potential additional faults that can be caused by existing circuit damage causing more components to fail in the future

Our walk-in service allows you to have your phone repaired straight away! You can see the average time required for each repair when you book on our website

Like most third-party repair services, use of our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty. The good news is we provide our own warranty for all our repairs!

Yes, we do a full-screen replacement regardless of the size of the crack in your screen and all our screen replacements come with a 12-month warranty!

Although we are an alternative repair service to Apple / Samsung. All our replacement parts are QC tested. We are so confident in the quality of our screens and parts that we offer a 12-month warranty

Providing your pin/passcode before the repair is highly recommended, we advise everyone to provide this information as our technicians need to verify that the device is in full working order before you collect it! They undergo a series of tests post repair to make sure that the parts fitted are working correctly. At no time they would access your personal information or intrude on your privacy
